More consumers are satisfied by the Chrysler lineup according to the AutoPacific’s 15th annual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards. AutoPacific recognized the automaker has having the “Top Popular Brand,” signifying that more owners are satisfied by their new vehicle purchases.
Albuquerque Used Cars noted that in addition to improving 19 spots compared with the previous model year to win the “Top Popular Brand,” the new 2011 Chrysler Town & Country and the all-new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee were named winners in the “Minivan” and “Premium Mid-size SUV” categories, respectively.
“Vehicles that score highest in the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are delivering value and satisfaction across a wide range of attributes, performing well in 48 separate categories that objectively measure the ownership experience.” says George Peterson, President of AutoPacific. “The new Chrysler Town & Country and Jeep Grand Cherokee demonstrate that Chrysler’s new approach to product execution is resonating with buyers.”
Used Trucks Seattle said that for the current model year, every Chrysler brand vehicle is new or significantly refreshed, providing consumers with even more to love. Interiors have been updated along with new powertrains and upgraded suspensions. Chrysler Dealer Des Moines said that Chrysler believes these updates will give car buyers a more exhilarating driving experience.
